St. Michael Health provides Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine using EKGs, echocardiography, and ultrasound. We also consult on internal medicine, surgical, and orthopedic medical needs.

Ear pain?  We do quick ear checks for children free of charge!

Tier I- $125

 

  • Covid, simple cold, sore throat, pink eye/infection, seasonal allergies
  • Strep, Test is additional $45.00
  • Influenza, Test is additional $25.00
  • Urine infection, Quick Dip Stick analysis is additional $25.00
  • Simple strain and sprain
  • Established diagnosis of migraine or tension headache
  • Telehealth I
  • Rash/Hives/Acne
  • Impetigo
  • Ear pain/Infection
  • Ear irrigation (cleaning)
  • Medication refill
  • Well Child Exam $100
  • Sports Physical $110

  • DOT Physical Exam: $125

Tier II- $165

 

  • Post op follow up
  • Fishhook or foreign body removals from eyes, nose, ears or skin
  • Skin or eye infections
  • In-grown toenail or Skin tag removal. (Cost may vary if there is more than one procedure.)
  • Medication/Other Consultation and/or Referral (allows for 1 hour visit)
  • Telehealth II (more than one issue or referral)
  • Orthopedic injury not requiring labs or x-rays
  • Nose bleed. Supplies are additional
  • Back pain not requiring imaging
  • Bronchitis; RSV, Test is additional $25.00

Tier III- $190

 

  • Adult physical exam.  Additional EKG & Echocardiography procedures are $100 each.
  • Pre-op physical
  • New headaches or Numbness of extremities
  • Simple laceration
  • Mole, Lesion, or Cyst removal, I&D (Incision and Drainage)
  • Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or fever
  • More involved orthopedic injuries requiring x-rays and/or labs.  Some labs and all x-rays will be referred to a nearby lab or radiology department.  Splinting, casting or bracing material are an additional cost.
  • Back pain requiring Imaging Referral

Tier IV-Tier V $240

 

  • Lengthy or Numerous issues: 4 or more
  • Complex laceration. Supplies are additional

  • If you have a health concern not listed here, please call 320-351-3500, or walk in on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 8-4:30. Cost for an unlisted service will be determined at the time of visit.
  • After Hours telephone health advice and care is $200.
  • After hours house call or hospital visit is $350.  If after midnight, please call 320-557-6397 for availability.
